We are committed to protecting the information and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share and protect information about you. It also tells you how you can access and update your information. This Policy may be revised from time to time and you will be notified.


When you approach us through any Mode of Communication, we ask you for the following information: (a) language preference; (b) mobile number; (c) service you require; (d) age (optional); (e) pin code (optional).

Further, our fulfilment partners will help you with your query/issue based on the information you provide us. The fulfilment partners can ask for additional information as may required for them to assist, support and fulfil you query/issue. The additional information asked by our fulfilment partner will remain between you and our fulfilment partners and we would not be privy to that information. The information asked by our fulfilment partner will not be shared on our Mode of Communication.


We use the information in order to assist you better and process as required under law:

  • in connection with help by using your personal data (including current location and other collected information or details);
  • we will share your personal information to our fulfilment partners for the purpose of direct and further assistance;
  • the information collected can also be used for the management of COVID -19 in our country or to provide any information related to it;
  • for research and development or to improve our services;
  • in events to assist in dispute resolution, investigating complaints and in enquiries and support as may require under the law;
  • to ensure content from us is presented in the most effective manner for you;
  • we may disclose your personal data among our groups’ internal operational purposes (including to help us provide our services, and monitor and improve our services); and
  • as required or permitted by law, court order and any government, law enforcement or other regulatory body.

    We may give your information to (i) any affiliates or members of our group, who support our processing of personal data under this Policy; (ii) fulfilment partners; and (iii) selected third parties.


    We retain information either for (i) as long as you have your registered number in existence with us and you are approaching us for help; (ii) in order to meet our contractual obligations to you, or (iii) for any other purpose detailed in this Policy for which we would need to retain the information. We may retain information for any other legal or regulatory requirement, and in order to defend any claims that may arise against us. We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.


  • Under this Policy, you have the right to access your information provided to us at any time to add, remove or modify any registration information that you have supplied.
  • You cannot manage the communications that you receive from us or how you receive them.

    The information provided to us by you is shared with our fulfilment partners solely for the purpose to use this information to help, facilitate, operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, fulfil and support your query/issue or otherwise required under the law.


    Please note presently this service cannot be used for grievance redressal or reporting fraud, and we shall have no liability if such incidents are reported on any Mode of Communication.
